Robert Williamson- President

As a second generation homebuilder with over 25 years of experience in residential construction and development, Robert Williamson prides himself in providing superior quality and customer service to every client. Having satisfied customers and built a strong relationships with a network of sub-contractors and developers, Robert Williams has become a well trusted and recognized name in the construction industry.

With countless hours of education, including a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston, and hundreds of satisfed clients Robert Williamson is able to provide the neccessary experience and education to exceed expectations.

Julie Ruiz- Project Manager

With more than 10 years of experience in residential construction supervision, including operations, budgeting, contracting and project management Julie Ruiz is a pivotal member of the RW Construction Group team. Julie has a plethora of experience with total on-site construction management and land development as well as ability to precisely schedule, monitor and inspect all work from ground breaking to customer orientation. Julie is CPHB Certified and holds an International Code Council Test Certificate.

As a superintendent and business owner Julie has accumulated a variety of certifcations as well as experience in managing projcts with prices ranging from $175,000 to $2 million. Throughout her career she has also built effective relationships with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, decorators, agents and home buyers.

Tom Dudley- Project Manager

knowledge and experience. With more than 12 years in the construction industry, Tom has spent the past 8 years in the Greater Metro Atlanta area managing projects with Robert Williamson and his dedicated team. Tom has a plethora of hands-on construction experience and has been project superintendent on a variety of projects ranging from luxury homes and extensive renovations to swimming pools and interor/exterior build-outs.

With a variety of continuing educations via Earth Craft, CPHB and CABO seminars, Tom has become an invaluable member of the RW Team with expert knowledge of building code and compliance.
